Home Fitness can be as easy as bands and bodyweight and as hard as dumbbells and barbells. Depending on your goals and equipment access we will work together to make the perfect plan to you. 

Do you charge extra for nutritional guidance and a diet plan?

Nutrition is the most complicated part of the fitness journey for so many people. No matter what package you sign up for we will focus on calories and a macro nutrient breakdown. After our initial consult we will determine if you need anything more for your goals.

How are you different from a regular trainer at a gym?

I have been training people for over 8 years. In this industry it's easy to find trainers who are more concerned with their own appearances than their clients. I bring my background in psychology as well as life experiences to help focus on not just the physical but the mental side of health and fitness.
